Many people say that drinking water is boring! Well, we can make it tasty by adding fresh fruits and vegetables!! Natural flavored water is very easy to make and refreshing :)!

1. Cucumber and Lime Infused Water

– A Container

– Sliced cucumber (1/2)

– Small handful fresh mint

– Sliced Lime (1/2)

– Ice and cold filtered water

Note: Very refreshing infused water, ideal for after workout!

2. Strawberry Infused Water

– A Container

– 4-6 strawberries cleaned and sliced

– 1 orange washed and sliced

– Sliced lime (1/2)

– Small handful of basil or mint

– Ice and cold filtered water

Note: Sweet and refreshing 🙂

3. Blueberry infused water

– A Container

– 4-6 strawberries cleaned and sliced

– 1 orange washed and sliced

– Blueberries (two small handful)

– Ice and cold filtered water

Note: Yummy and refreshing!

4. Berries infused water

– A Container

– Add your favorite berries

– Sliced lemon (1/2)

– Ice and cold filtered water
