Nowadays, it feels like a constant struggle to maintain an ideal healthy body image. We strive to be thinner, prettier, younger looking, more toned or more tanned, a quest that goes to considerable lengths. It’s not at all rational and if that is not enough, sometimes very unhealthy.
In a recent article on Parties, Pearls and Being Precious, fashion blogger Belle, talks about her own personal struggles with body image and her approach towards solving it. This appraoch brings in a very interesting addition: a daily affirmation about self-acceptance and positive body image.
